The team of Garry Holmes, Craig Johnston and Jim Bartholomew of R.W. Holmes Realty, announced it has completed the sale of 337 Turnpike Road in Southborough, MA on behalf of KS Partners. 337 Turnpike is a 38,000 SF Office/R&D building conveniently located on Route 9.
The buyer (337 Turnpike Road LLC) plans major improvements to convert the “B” building into class “A” space. The building will feature a new exterior façade and signage, updated mechanical systems and attractive common areas. The new owner will occupy a portion of the building and plans to lease out suites from 1,500-10,000 SF.
R.W. Holmes Realty Co., Inc. represented the owner, Southborough Drive Equity Partners (entity of KS Partners) and procured the buyer.
