About Me
Craig S. Johnston has been a member of the R. W. Holmes team since 1993 and presently holds the position of Senior Vice President. A specialist in the biotech, warehouse, and office markets, he performs commercial brokerage advisory work for both landlords and tenants throughout the Greater Boston suburban market, as well as for national and international clients. He recently traveled to Tel Aviv, Israel, to assist network solution provider BigBand Networks with the 85,000 SF renewal of their corporate office.
Over the course of his commercial real estate career, Craig has completed nearly 850 lease and sales transactions in excess of 14.6 million SF of office/R&D and warehouse space. He has successfully provided tenant services for area companies such as ABM Industries, Butler Home Products, Object Management Group, Lead Surge, Pillar Bioscience, Wells Financial, and a host of others, and provides owner advisory services on an ongoing basis for landlords such as Atlantic Management, Antico Development, Creative Development Company, CB Equities, Cross Point, Franchi Management and K & L Realty.
Craig has been the recipient of the Multi-Million Dollar Sales and Leasing Club Award from the Greater Boston Real Estate Board and regularly contributes to many industry publications. He is a duly appointed Notary Public of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and sits on the Board of Directors for the 495/MetroWest Partnership, Project Just Because, and is a Corporator of Avidia Bank. Craig is a graduate of Nichols College and resides in Grafton, MA, with his wife Pamela and their daughter Olivia and son Trevor.
