40 Speen Street in Framingham Sells for $4M

R.W. Holmes recently brokered the sale of a 33,000-square-foot office building in Framingham, MA, for $4,000,000.

40 Speen Street, a four-story office building, was acquired by RCP, LLC, and was sold by LMF Franklin Corp.

R. W. Holmes Senior Vice President Craig S. Johnston and President Garry Holmes represented the seller and procured the buyer.

Forty Speen is an outstanding location in the Framingham/Natick sub-market. It has excellent access to Route 9, Route 30, and the Mass Pike, exit 117. “We located the right buyer for this property that is situated in a prime MetroWest corporate office area. The new owner plans on investing in the property by renovating the lobby, bathrooms, elevator cab, and parking lot,” said Johnston.
