Holmes Realty, announced it has completed the sale of Mount Royal Office Park in Marlborough, MA on behalf of Haynes Management. Mount Royal Office Park is comprised of three (3) separate office buildings totaling approximately 160,000 SF conveniently located at the interchange of Route 20 and I-495.
The Buyer (CB Equities Mt Royal, LLC) plans major renovations including new exterior front façade improvements, new signage, and updated fitness center with showers and attractive common areas with a club room. The new owner will occupy a portion of the building and plans to lease out suites from 1,600-20,000 SF. The renovations should be starting in thirty days and will take six months to complete. The Park will be renamed Knowledge Park @ Marlborough.
