Ashland Industrial Condo Sells for $1.9 Million

The sale of a boutique industrial building in Ashland, MA, was recently completed.

Located at 200 Butterfield Drive, the 12,000-square-foot Condo was purchased by George Kong. The seller was Butterfield Realty, LLC. The boutique building was sold for $1.9 million.

R. W. Holmes, Executive Vice President John Eysenbach, represented the seller in the transaction. The buyer was represented by James Keefe of Greater Boston Commercial Properties.
