Arbor Associates Leases 13,650 SF in Southborough

Arbor Associates, a healthcare employment agency, recently signed a 13,650-square-foot lease in Southborough.

Arbor Associates will occupy 13,650 square feet of office space at 225 Turnpike Road. R.W. Holmes Senior Vice President Craig Johnston and Vice President Jim Bartholomew represented the landlord, K & L Realty, in the transaction.

R. W. Holmes serves as the exclusive leasing agent for the 72,000-square-foot office building, which offers great highway access, Route 9 building signage, and 415 parking spaces, among other amenities.

“This is one of the largest new office lease transactions in this growing submarket in recent months,” said Mr. Bartholomew. “We welcome Arbor Associates as the newest tenant in the building.”
