Alacarity Takes 14,000 SF in Medway, MA

R.W. Holmes recently completed a 14,400-square-foot lease in Medway, MA.

Aclarity, Inc., the leader in PFAS (Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances) “forever chemical” destruction, leased the space at 9 Industrial Park in Medway. Late last year, Aclarity completed its Series A funding round, raising $15.9 million to grow the business.

R.W. Holmes Executive Vice President John Eysenbach represented the landlord, NRM Commercial, LLC, in the transaction. Rob Mahoney of JLL represented the tenant.

Built in 1974 and fully renovated in 2008, the building is a single-story, 14,400-SF flex/light manufacturing building. R.W. Holmes serves as the exclusive leasing agent for the building.

“We’re seeing a growing demand for flex and light manufacturing spaces across Greater Boston,” said Mr. Eysenbach. “Armed with new funding for its growth, Aclarity is a great fit for the building.”

Located on a 1.98-acre site, the building has two tailboards and one drive-in loading, 600 amps, and a 120/208-volt power supply.
