Holmes Realty is pleased to announce that John Eysenbach completed the sale of 80,000 SF for $4,300,000 at 6 October Hill Road.  6 October Hill Road is an Industrial/R&D building situated on 7 acres of land in a campus like setting. The property is in The New Englander Industrial Park, conveniently located off Route 126.  The building is fully owner occupied by the buyer.

6 October Hill Road is currently under renovation to be their fourth collision center and wholesale parts distribution. Most of the renovation will be interior, including the installation of state-of-the-art equipment. The only exterior renovation is façade improvements.

Eysenbach was the sole broker for the transaction, representing the buyer, Jennings Real Estate Services, Inc. (dba Herb Chambers Honda), and the seller, American Acoustical Products.
