R.W. Holmes Realty is pleased to announce that John Eysenbach completed the sale of 64,000 SF for $3,800,000 at 41 Lyman Street in Holliston.  41 Lyman Street is a three-star 32′ clear Warehouse building with 22 loading docks situated on 9.5 acres of land.  The building is fully owner-occupied by the buyer.

41 Lyman Street was appealing to the buyer due to its proximity to major highways, and easy access to their Westboro retail store location, Boston Lawnmower Company.

Eysenbach, represented the buyer, AK&C Holdings LLC, better known as Crandell-Hicks Company Inc.

Crandell-Hicks is an authorized dealer for Ariens snow blowers and Gravely lawn equipment.
