Transformations Care Network Signs 6,500 SF Lease in Haverhill

Transformations Care Network, a national network of mental healthcare providers, leased 6,500 square feet of office space at 26 Parkridge Road in Haverhill, MA.

R.W. Holmes Senior Vice President David Gilkie represented the landlord, Parkridge Partners LLC, in the transaction. Grey Gettleman of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.

R.W. Holmes serves as an exclusive leasing agent for the two-story, 48,000-square-foot office building.

“We’re excited to welcome Transformations Care Network as the building’s newest tenant, and it was a pleasure working with the City North LLC team, based in Haverhill, MA, to finalize the transaction,” said Mr. Gilkie.

The space will be completely renovated and ready for occupancy late this summer.
