R.W. Holmes Commercial Real Estate is pleased to announce the sale of 6 Industrial Park Rd, Medway to Alexander Athanas for $2,300,000. The 52,500 SF office/warehouse building sits on 4.24 acres and features six tailboard loading docks, one drive in door, 15” clear heights and expansion potential. The property was vacant at the time of the sale and the new ownership plans to occupy the property and redevelop the building for marijuana cultivation.
