R.W. Holmes Realty Sells 36,000 SF Flex Building in Westborough for $5,000,000

John Eysenbach of R.W. Holmes Realty recently completed the sale of the 36,000 SF flex building located at 9 Otis Street in Westborough for $5,000,000. The building is located on 46 acres and provides both office and warehouse space for the new owner, Doug Curtiss Landscape and Design who plans to build and expand into a new 20-30,000 SF warehouse on the extra land. They will be relocating from their current location on Flanders Road, Westboro. Eysenbach represented the Seller, MIG. Dave Skinner of The Stubblebine Company represented the Buyer.
