R.W. Holmes Realty sells 150 Emmons Rd in Franklin for $4.45M

John Eysenbach of R.W. Holmes Realty Co., Inc. completed the sale of 150 Emmons St in Franklin, MA for $4,450,000 to John McDonald. The property is a fully leased 9,157 SF retail storefront built in 2017, located on a corner lot in downtown Franklin with frontage on Emmons Rd and West Central Street.  It is in close proximity to Dean College and is a short walk to the Franklin Commuter Line. The property was built by Calarese Properties on the former Town of Franklin office site. The investment was ideal due to the high quality of construction and well established tenancy.
