R.W. Holmes Realty Leases 20,000 SF on behalf of Tutor Perini Corporation

R.W. Holmes Realty Co., Inc. is pleased to announce the leasing of 20,000 SF of first class office space at 73 Mount Wayte Ave. to the Town of Framingham. The Town of Framingham plans to utilize the space for administrative offices for its public school department and will join Tutor Perini who currently owns and occupies the 103,00sf complex as their north east headquarters.

Tutor Perini Corporation (NYSE: TPC) is one of the largest general contractors in the United States and a leading civil and building construction company offering diversified general contracting and design-build services to private clients and public agencies throughout the world.
