R.W. Holmes Realty Leases 17,997 SF to Adcole Space LLC in Marlborough

R.W. Holmes Realty Co., Inc. is pleased to announce the leasing of 17,997 SF of office and lab to Adcole Space at 734 Forest Street in Marlborough. The 54,884 SF building, acquired by Berkeley Partners in October 2019, resides at the Cedar Hill Business Park.

Adcole Space specializes in the design, manufacture, integration, test, and operation of small satellites and spacecraft components.  Adcole Space’s mission and history (dating back to 1957) are of significance to the future of space flight and to the US Government’s plans to expand in this area.
