Holmes Realty completed the leasing of 31,609 SF of office space at 1 Research Drive in Westborough, MA for their client, Middlesex Savings Bank. 1 Research Drive is a 284,000 SF first class office building that features a conference center, fitness center and cafeteria.   The building is owned by Ferris Development.   

The headquarters of Middlesex Savings Bank is located in Natick, MA and the bank has over 30 branches serving the suburban market. It is the largest mutual bank in Massachusetts with $5 billion in assets. Garry Holmes represented Middlesex Savings and Danielle Simbliaris of CBRE represented the owner.
