Dean Blackey, Elizabeth Holmes, and Mike Ogasapian of R.W. Holmes Realty recently completed several leases at Lincoln North, 55 Old Bedford Road in Lincoln – bringing the building to 95% occupancy with only two remaining suites available. The building is owned by Real Capital Solutions, Inc.
The University of Massachusetts Lowell expanded into an additional 8,700 SF, bringing the tenant’s total square footage in the building to 27,549 SF. The building is an ideal location for Umass Lowell’s government contractor work and partnerships given its proximity to Hanscom Air Force Base. This deal is the second expansion for UMass Lowell in 12 months. R.W. Holmes worked jointly with Cranberry Hill Associates.
Additionally, R.W. Holmes assisted in Athena Capital’s renewal of 13,200 SF in the building. Athena was recently acquired by Franklin Templeton, a large publicly traded investment company out of California. Athena Capital was represented by Cushman & Wakefield.
The total leases at Lincoln North for 2021 come to 30,000 SF, with several other deals pending.
