R.W. Holmes Named Agent for 58,500-SF Flex Manufacturing/Warehouse in Haverhill

R.W. Holmes has been named as the exclusive leasing agent for a 58,500-square-foot build-to-suit manufacturing/warehouse/flex building in Haverhill, MA.

Developed by Leewood Realty, 66 Newark Street in Haverhill is strategically located just two minutes off I-495, 10 minutes to I-93, 10 minutes to commuter rail, and 27 miles to Nashua, NH.

“The location is very accessible, and a first-class building can be delivered within 10-12 months of a signed lease,” said R.W. Holmes Vice President Mike Ogasapian, who, along with Senior Vice President David Gilkie, will spearhead the leasing effort. “As tenants are now considering larger geographical areas, 66 Newark could be a perfect fit for any company in Greater Boston.”

The property offers 58,500 SF of flex space that can be used for state-of-the-art manufacturing or warehouse use. The facility will offer 32’ clear height, 54 parking spaces, ten tailboard loading, one drive-in door, 60’ concrete truck apron depth, and 50’X 50’ column spacing.

66 Newark will be the third building in the Newark Street Industrial Park owned by Leewood, which currently totals approximately 103,000 SF. The park is home to Swix Sports USA and TBC Tire, a partnership of Michelin and Sumitomo, and features Haverhill’s largest rooftop solar array, generating 670,000 Kilowatt hours of energy annually.
