R.W. Holmes Realty Co., Inc represented Boston Showcase in the leasing of 24,620 SF at 1010 West Chestnut Street in Brockton, MA.  1010 West Chestnut Street is an 80,000 SF flex building. The landlord, Marcus Partners, was represented by Ovar Osvald of Colliers in the transaction.
