Johnston represented the landlord while Ogasapian represented the tenant, Commlink.  Following a lengthy search, CommLink selected 5 Strathmore based on not only its ability to accommodate their current growth, but also for its proximity to major highways and amenities. Commlink provides technology integration services aimed at producing a user-friendly, efficient workspace. 5 Strathmore Road is a multi-tenant flex building located in the Natick Business Park.
