R.W. Holmes leases 10,000 SF for Atlantic Management in Easton

Bob Strelke of R.W. Holmes Realty Co., Inc. working on behalf of the landlord, Atlantic Management, leased 10,000 SF at 40 Norfolk Dr in Easton to Snyder’s-Lance, a new tenant for the property. Located in the Easton Industrial Park, 40 Norfolk Dr. is a multi-tenant office/industrial building and is one of four buildings owned by Atlantic Management totaling 110,000 SF of office, R&D, and industrial space. This lease brings the four-building portfolio to 100% occupancy. Snyder’s-Lance was represented by Strategic Realty Consultants, Dallas, TX.

The location serves as a regional distribution location for Snyder’s–Lance, which is the second largest salty snack maker in the United States; it is a subsidiary of the Campbell Soup Company. Some of its most popular brands include Snyder’s of Hanover, Kettle Brands, Cape Cod Chips, Emerald Nuts and Archway.
