Suburban Team Expands with Bradley Sampson

Bradley Sampson has joined the firm’s growing suburban team as an Associate.

Mr. Sampson will assist landlords and tenants in lease negotiations and property sales. He will continue to focus on I-495 North and Route 2 submarkets in Greater Boston.

Mr. Sampson’s addition to the R. W. Holmes team is part of the company’s ongoing growth strategy. Earlier this year, R. W. Holmes announced the addition of three new team members: Mike Fahy as Associate Broker, Anne Morrissette as Director of Marketing, and Timothy Hannon as Director of Property and Project Management.

“Our growth strategy focuses on adding team members who continue to meet our client service standard of top quality, hands-on service but modernizing that service to be more entrepreneurial and creative,” said R.W. Holmes Managing Director Dean Blackey. “After meeting Bradley, we knew he would fit our organization and culture well. Furthermore, it is a real benefit that Bradley has a track record of representing clients in the I-495/Route 2 market.”

“I am thrilled to be joining the R.W. Holmes team. I have been impressed with the firm’s reputation and its focus on providing the highest quality service to their clients,” said Mr. Sampson. “I look forward to helping R.W. Holmes continue to grow their presence throughout Greater Boston.”

Mr. Sampson worked for a suburban commercial brokerage firm prior to joining R.W. Holmes and also has experience in the life science and banking sectors where he worked as a financial analyst. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration – Finance from Northeastern University.
