R.W. Holmes Facilitates 23,390-SF Lease for F&M Tool and Die

R.W. Holmes is pleased to announce its successful facilitation of a new 23,390-square-foot industrial lease in Lancaster, MA.

F&M Tool and Die, a highly experienced machine shop specializing in mold making, mold maintenance, and mold repair in central Massachusetts, has secured a lease for 851 Sterling Road in Lancaster.

Representing the tenant in this transaction was Jim Bartholomew, Vice President of R.W. Holmes.

In a strategic move to accommodate their expanding operations, F&M Tool and Die relocated from 25 Jytek Road in Leominster, MA, to the new Lancaster location. The long-term lease provides F&M with long-term space for its growing customer base.

Despite a slight increase in vacancy rates, the Central Massachusetts industrial market remains highly competitive,” stated Bartholomew. “We are delighted to have successfully identified a space of the perfect size and location for our valued client.”
