R.W. Holmes Facilitates 20,000 SF Flex Lease to Boston Semi Equipment in Littleton

We are pleased to announce the lease of 20,082 square feet of flex space at 9 Beaver Brook Road in Littleton, MA.

Boston Semi Equipment, a global provider of semiconductor test solutions, leased the property to support its continued growth and operational expansion. The building offers a flexible layout and infrastructure well-suited for both office and light manufacturing needs.

“BSE was looking for a building to house their state-of-the-art manufacturing environment,” said Jim Bartholomew, Vice President at R.W. Holmes. “With 9 Beaver Brook’s location right off I-495 and plenty of nearby amenities for employees, it was a great match. The building fits the bill perfectly — all systems were recently upgraded, and a new roof was installed in November of last year.”

Bartholomew represented Rogers Properties Group, LLC, the landlord, in the transaction. Colliers represented Boston Semi Equipment, the tenant, with Annie Cole and John Carroll III serving as cooperating brokers.
