R.W. Holmes Commercial Real Estate is pleased to announce that 14,011 SF has been leased to Zimmer Northeast at 141 Middlesex Turnpike in Burlington. The building is located about 1 mile from I-95 and offers a mix of office and flex space that is highly sought after in the 128 Central area.  Zimmer chose 141 Middlesex following an extensive search and selected the building for its location and ability to accommodate its clean warehousing and office needs.

Zimmer Northeast is a licensed distributor for Zimmer Biomet (NYSE: ZBH). Zimmer Biomet develops, manufactures and markets orthopedics products, including knee, hip, shoulder, elbow, foot and ankle artificial joints and dental prostheses.
