R.W. Holmes Completes Over 27,000 SF in New Leases at 10 State Street

Following a flurry of leasing activity, Mike Ogasapian of R.W. Holmes has competed 27,000 SF of leases to new tenants at 10 State Street in Woburn on behalf of K&L Realty. Recently joining the tenant roster are The State of Massachusetts Division of Banks, Jaton Management, Tessolar, Diversified Credit Solutions, and Reveneer. Since acquiring the building in 2006, K&L Realty has made several improvements to the building’s infrastructure and common areas. The building is presently 86% leased.

The tenants were represented by T3 Advisors, NAI Hunneman, Boston Realty Advisors, and R.W. Holmes respectively.
