R.W. Holmes Completes New 20,000 SF Industrial Lease at 5 Norfolk Drive in Easton, MA

We are pleased to announce the completion of a new 20,000-square-foot industrial lease at 5 Norfolk Drive in Easton, Massachusetts, to AKJ Trading. Atlantic Management owns the property.

AKJ Trading is an industrial supplies company based in Massachusetts. R.W. Holmes represented the Atlantic Management, with the assignment led by Robert Strelke, SVP. Lincoln Property Company, represented by James Tambone, represented the tenant in the transaction.
