R.W. Holmes Completes 55,000 SF Build-to-Suit Lease to Nexius in Devens

R.W. Holmes is pleased to announce that a 55,000 SF build-to-suit office space lease has been finalized by Nexius at 4 MacArthur Ave in Devens. Nexius provides end-to-end telecom deployment services and smart solutions on the technology of tomorrow. They deliver of state-of-the-art networks—rolling out 5G, small cells, distributed antenna systems (iDAS/oDAS), private networks, IoT (smart cities, smart buildings, and industrial applications), fiber and beyond. The site at 4 MacArthur is owned by GFI Properties, who expects to deliver the ground up project in Q3 of 2021. Mike Ogasapian of R.W.
