R.W. Holmes Completes 21,134 SF Lease to Fotronic in Woburn – Building 100% Leased

R.W. Holmes is pleased to announce that 21,134 square feet has been leased by Fotronic Corporation at 5 Commonwealth Avenue in Woburn, which brings the 69,500 SF building to 100% occupancy. Fotronic is a distributor of electronic testing equipment and measurement tools. Their factory-trained technicians completely refurbish, align, and calibrate all pre-owned equipment to the original manufacturer’s specifications.

Fotronic’s relocation was driven by a need for expansion of their operations in a space constrained market. Mike Ogasapian of R.W. Holmes represented the Landlord, CHK Realty Trust, in negotiations and Fotronic Corporation was represented by Chris Everest of Nordland Associates.
