R.W. Holmes Completes 14,311 SF Tenant Assignment for Centerline Communications

R.W. Holmes Commercial Real Estate is pleased to announce the leasing of 14,311 SF at 750 West Center Street in West Bridgewater to Centerline Communications. 750 West Center Street is a 132,365 SF office building on an 83-acre plot owned by Shaws Realty Trust. The three-story building features on site property management and is just half a mile off of Rt. 24.

Centerline Communications is a turnkey professional services organization that specializes in the development, operations and maintenance of telecommunications networks and commercial facilities. The company offers nationwide services and is separated into three divisions: Wireless Services, Technical Infrastructure Solutions and Facilities Management.
