R.W. Holmes Commercial Real Estate is pleased to announce the promotion of Michael Fahy to Assistant Vice President, recognizing his continued contributions to the firm and his growing role within its brokerage platform.
Since joining R.W. Holmes Commercial Real Estate, Mike has focused on representing landlords and tenants in lease negotiations and property sales throughout the Route 128 South office and industrial markets. He has developed a strong track record advising clients on complex transactions while contributing to the firm’s long-term growth and client relationships.
Mike brings a diverse professional background that enhances his advisory approach. Prior to entering commercial real estate, he worked as an Operations Manager for an educational nonprofit’s development team, where he focused on donor relations, stewardship, and marketing. He also previously worked at CM&B Inc., a construction management firm, supporting estimating and operational functions—experience that adds value when advising clients on space planning and project execution.
