R. W. Holmes Brokers 5,400 SF Office Lease to Middlesex Savings Bank in Reading

WAYLAND, MA–R.W. Holmes, one of the largest commercial brokerage firms serving tenants and landlords in Massachusetts for more than 45 years, announced that it recently negotiated a 5,400-square-foot office lease on behalf of Middlesex Savings Bank at 55 Walkers Brook Drive in Reading, MA.

Founded in 1835 in Concord, MA, Middlesex Savings Bank is one of the largest mutually owned banks in the country, with assets in excess of $6 billion.

Originally built as corporate headquarters for Keurig, 55 Walkers Brook is a six-story, 138,000-square-foot 1st class suburban office building. Overlooking Route 128, it is located a short distance from downtown Boston.

R.W. Holmes President Garry Holmes, Vice President Jim Bartholomew, and Assistant Vice President Mike Ogasapian represented the tenant, Middlesex Savings Bank, in the transaction.
