R.W. Holmes Brings 75 Third Avenue in Waltham to Full Occupancy

R.W. Holmes has completed a new office lease at 75 Third Avenue in Waltham with Visper Retirement Solutions, a financial services firm specializing in retirement planning, bringing the building to 100% occupancy.

R.W. Holmes represented the landlord, Creative Development Management, with the assignment led by Elizabeth Holmes, Director of Corporate Services, and Senior Vice President Craig Johnston.

Located in Waltham’s Route 128 corridor, 75 Third Avenue offers direct access to Route 128/I-95 and nearby retail and service amenities. The new 2,311-square-foot lease brings the building to full occupancy.

“Creative Development has been a long-standing client of R.W. Holmes, and reaching full occupancy at 75 Third Avenue is a meaningful milestone for this property,” said Elizabeth Holmes, Director of Corporate Services at R.W. Holmes. “The combination of highway access and nearby amenities continues to make this Waltham location a practical choice for companies that want a straightforward suburban office setting.”
