R.W. Holmes Achieves Top Ten Ranking in BBJ’s The List

R.W. Holmes Realty is pleased to announce that we concluded 2017 ranked number 6 on Boston Business Journal’s list of the largest commercial real estate firms in Massachusetts. This list is ranked according to total square footage sold in MA in 2017. The first five positions are held by large international firms, making R.W. Holmes the highest selling independent commercial real estate firm in Massachusetts. R.W. Holmes also ranked notably high on the BBJ list of the largest commercial real estate leasing firms in Mass (which measures the total square feet leased on behalf of landlords and tenants in the state in 2017).

Thank you to all the clients that have put their trust in us and, in doing so, helped us continue to grow as a company. We look forward to helping new and existing clients reach their real estate goals through our tenant representation property leasing, investment sales & acquisitions, advisory, and asset management services for many years to come.
