100% Occupancy Achieved in Tewksbury with Two Leases

R.W. Holmes recently brokered two industrial leases totaling 18,000 square feet at 118 Lumber Lane, Tewksbury, MA.

Cable Plus, specializing in cabling, connectivity, racks & cabinets, power solutions, hardware, and tools, leased 9,000 SF. Additionally, J & M Floor Coverings, Inc., a flooring company, leased another 9,000 SF in the same building.

R.W. Holmes Senior Vice President David Gilkie represented the landlord, 118 Lumber Lane LLC, in the transaction. Cable Plus was represented by Mitch Jacoby of Lee & Associates. J&M Floors represented themselves.

R.W. Holmes serves as the exclusive leasing agent for the property, which is conveniently located at the intersection of I-93 and I-495.

“This is a great location that offers easy access to major highways,” said Mr. Gilkie. “This industrial/warehouse building is well-equipped, and the entire building is air-conditioned. We are excited to announce that with these two leases, the building is now 100 percent leased.”
