At 15 Walnut Street, R.W. Holmes facilitated a 5,650-square-foot office lease on behalf of the landlord, Haynes Management. The tenant, H.J. Russell & Company, a construction and management firm, is relocating from Boston, with its headquarters based in Atlanta. This strategic move supports H.J. Russell & Company’s ongoing growth in the Greater Boston area.
R.W. Holmes also completed an off-market sale at 83 Walnut Street, a 5,665-square-foot office building. Acting as the sole broker, R.W. Holmes advised the buyer, Dan K. Gordon Associates, and collaborated with the seller, Haynes Management, to secure this unique opportunity.
