Mike Ogasapian wins 2018 Robert W. Holmes SIOR Scholarship

The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors’ (SIOR) New England Chapter held its annual Scholarship Night at Braeburn Country Club in Newton, awarding two academic grants to ambitious and promising commercial real estate professionals.

The 2018 Robert W. Holmes SIOR Scholarship was awarded to Mike Ogasapian, Assistant Vice President of R.W. Holmes Commercial Real Estate. Mike has been in the real estate industry for over six years and has remained consistently devoted to learning and improving as an advisor to business leaders and landlords. Over the four years he has been at R.W. Holmes, Mike has assisted in over 250,000 square feet in leasing of office and industrial space on behalf of landlords and has completed several challenging tenant representation assignments. Mike has been an active participant at SIOR events in his time in the industry and aims to achieve SIOR designation in the near future.

The scholarship was named after its founder and long standing SIOR member, Robert W. Holmes and is awarded annually to the SIOR candidate “best exemplifying a commitment to the SIOR organization and has a consistent record of stellar professionalism as an office/industrial broker in the Greater Boston market.” The event was attended by Del Markward, SIOR National President
