R.W. Holmes Realty is pleased to announce the leasing of 22,000 SF at Lincoln North (55 Old Bedford Rd, Lincoln) to Thompson Habib Denison (THD). R.W. Holmes’ Rt 128 team of Dean Blackey, Mike Ogasapian, and Elizabeth Holmes represented the building’s owner, Real Capital Solutions (RCS), and Perry Beal and Ron Friedman of CBRE represented THD.
The 22,000 SF location will be the new headquarters of THD, currently based on Hayden Ave in Lexington. THD is a full service marketing agency specializing in integrated fundraising and membership programs for nonprofits throughout the US. Lincoln North will support the growing organization as it continues to add employees to support their growing client list. Current clients include: Alzheimer’s Association, Habitat for Humanity, Make a Wish, and Wounded Warrior Project.
Lincoln North is a 128,000 SF Class A office building located 4 minutes off of Rt 128 in Lincoln, MA. The property changed ownership in June 2018 and since then RCS has embarked on a series of building improvements to modernize the space and provide a variety of amenities that establish a “Work and Play” environment. Improvements include an updated cafeteria lounge, new food service vendor, a bike share program, conference rooms, and updates to the fitness center, lobby and roof decks. Remaining available space within the building ranges from 2,000 SF to 25,000 SF.
