The property at 41 Lyman Avenue

John Eysenbach of R.W. Holmes was mentioned in the most recent edition of The Real Reporter, a Boston-area commercial real estate newsletter. John brokered the leasing of 41 Lyman Street in Northborough, MA to Crandall-Hicks, Inc. The 64,000 SF building features loading docks and room for expansion that the regional distributor of snow blowers and landscaping supplies needs.

Crandall-Hicks moved from Route 9 in Westborough after three decades for a number of reasons, including the fact that they wanted a facility to call their own. With the limited geographic range desired by the client and desire to find a modern, competitively priced building, John’s expertise came in very handy.

“Things took a while, but we got it done,” John told reporter Joe Clements.
