R.W. Holmes recently negotiated a new 6,200-square-foot office lease at 2 Centennial Drive in Peabody, MA.

R.W. Holmes Senior Vice President David Gilkie represented the tenant, Buttonloop Children’s Therapies, which seeks to eliminate any barriers that limit a child’s ability to connect, be it a physical or a communication challenge, regulation issue, or a lack of social confidence. Torin Taylor of Newmark Knight Frank represented the landlord, 2 Centennial LLC.

“We really enjoyed working with Buttonloop and have great respect for their work in children’s therapy,” said Mr. Gilkie.

Built in 1987, 2 Centennial Drive is a two-story, 72,000-square-foot office and R&D building.
