R.W. Holmes recently negotiated two office leases totaling 9,278 square feet of space at 85 Rangeway Road in Billerica, MA.
Quantela, a technology company that offers business outcomes models through the digitization of cities and urban infrastructure, leased 6,000 square feet of office space. R.W. Holmes Vice President Jim Bartholomew and Vice President Mike Ogasapian represented the landlord, K & L Realty, in the transaction. Quantela was represented by Michael Allen of Hunneman.
Casserly Consulting, which specializes in helping companies grow better with technology and manage their cyber security and IT, leased 3,278 square feet of office space. R.W. Holmes’ Bartholomew and Ogasapian represented the landlord, K & L Realty. Amanda Snell of The Stevens Group represented the tenant in the transaction.
R. W. Holmes serves as the exclusive leasing agent for the building, which is located inside Forest Ridge Business Park, a 3-building campus totaling 150,000 SF of office, flex, and lab space located minutes off Route 3. Each of the buildings is 50,000 SF on two floors and has robust power, loading, and multipurpose capability.
