Fibrotex, USA Expands into Natick with New Flex Lease at 11 Erie Drive

We are pleased to announce that Fibrotex, USA, has signed a new direct lease for 8,279 square feet of flex space at 11 Erie Drive in Natick, MA.

R.W. Holmes Managing Director Dean Blackey and Director of Corporate Services Elizabeth Holmes represented the tenant, Fibrotex USA, Inc., in the transaction. Scott Hughes of New Dover Associates represented the landlord, Erie Drive Realty, LLC.

The company’s space at 11 Erie Drive will support its research and development operations as it continues innovating for its clients.
