The Cross Roads at Route 129: Chelmsford Breathes New Life Into Route 3 Corridor

The Town of Chelmsford has taken a forward-thinking approach towards the Billerica Road area along Route 3. Having been plagues by recent vacancy in several office buildings on Route 129, the Town has created the Business Amenity Overlay District (BOAD) and worked with several developers and partners to bring new amenities to the area.
