Boston Scientific World Headquarters includes 213,911 SF Sale/Leaseback

As part of the sale of Boston Scientific’s 510,000 SF headquarters in Natick Massachusetts, R.W. Holmes Realty negotiated a short term lease which encompassed 213,911 SF of office space in 2 buildings.Lakeside-Aerial-300x172

Boston Scientific will utilize the space while they complete construction of an additional building at their future headquarters in Marlborough, MA.

MathWorks will transition into the complex in future phases which will be part of a $113,000,000 investment.

Garry Holmes of R.W. Holmes Realty Co., Inc. represented the Landlord and along with colleague Craig Johnston, will handle the leasing.
