Boston Dynamics Leases 24,000 SF at Waltham Research Park

R.W. Holmes is pleased to announce the recently negotiated 24,000-square-foot lease extension at Waltham Research Park in Waltham, MA.

R.W. Holmes Senior Vice President Arthur Amadei represented the landlord, Hillside Associates, in the transaction. Matt Siciliano, Executive Vice President at Colliers represented Boston Dynamics in the lease extension.

Boston Dynamics is a global leader in developing and deploying highly mobile robots capable of tackling the toughest robotics challenges.

Waltham Research Park is a 240,000-square-foot lab/GMP Park located directly off Rt 128/95 in Waltham, MA. Corporate neighborhoods include Sanofi, Mass General, and QinetiQ US.
