Qinetiq Signs 49,260 SF Lease Extension in Waltham Research Park

We are pleased to announce the lease extension of 49,260 square feet of R&D space at 358 2nd Avenue in Waltham, MA by Qinetiq, Inc.

R.W. Holmes Senior Vice President Arthur Amadei represented the landlord, Hillside Associates, in the transaction. Qinetiq, Inc. was represented by Adam Schindler, Vice Chair from Colliers’ Washington, D.C. office, along with Jason Rexinis from Colliers’ Boston office.
