R.W. Holmes Arranges 18,045 SF Office Lease for ConnectPay

We are pleased to announce the new lease of 18,000 square feet of office space at 15 Hampshire Street in Mansfield, MA by ConnectPay.

R.W. Holmes Director of Corporate Services Elizabeth Holmes and Managing Director Dean Blackey represented the tenant, ConnectPay, in the transaction. Medtronic was represented by Steve Woodworth and Mitch Kumin of Savills.
