We are pleased to announce that Lincoln North, located at 55 Old Bedford Road in Lincoln, MA, has reached 100% occupancy following the recent lease of 13,295 square feet to Odyssey Systems, a defense and government services contractor.
While Lincoln North has maintained a 98% occupancy rate in recent years, this latest lease brings the building to full capacity. R.W. Holmes, through the efforts of Dean Blackey (Managing Director), Mike Ogasapian, SIOR (Senior Vice President), and Elizabeth Holmes (Director of Corporate Services), led a strategic repositioning that transformed Lincoln North into a fully leased, highly desirable office destination along the Route 128 corridor.
Tamie Thompson, Managing Director at JLL, represented Odyssey Systems in the lease.
