Block Engineering Secures 17,276 SF Office Lease at 132 Turnpike Road, Southboro, MA

We are pleased to announce the successful facilitation of a 17,276-square-foot office lease for Block Engineering at 132 Turnpike Road in Southboro, MA.

Jim Bartholomew, Vice President at R.W. Holmes, represented Block Engineering as the tenant in the transaction. The landlord, Capital Group Properties, managed the lease with the assistance of their cooperating broker, Jim Vazza.
