David Gilkie has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate and specializes in the north suburban Boston office and industrial market. David services landlords and tenants with corporate real estate leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions. David has transacted over 8,500,000 square feet of deals with an aggregate value of over $450,000,000. He also advises and brokers investment sale transactions within eastern Massachusetts.
David is a board member and current Vice President of the New England Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), a past president of the New England CCIM Chapter, and a supporter of the Boys and Girls Club of Lawrence and a past board member.
David is a member of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, BBA Class of ’86, and the Babson College MBA Class of ’93. He is the father of two grown children, resides in Winchester, and enjoys skiing, sailing, golfing, hiking, and biking.
